Policy and Procedures to Reduce Risk of COVID-19 Transmission

Please do NOT come to our offices if:

 

  • You have COVID‐19-like symptoms such as a sore throat, fever, sneezing, or coughing.  

  • You live in the same household as a confirmed COVID-19 case or you have been exposed to anyone confirmed to have COVID-19, or been exposed to anyone with possible symptoms of COVID-19. 

 

What We Ask of You:

  • Under the Restriction Exemption Program, proof of vaccination or a negative third-party Covid test taken within 72 hours will be required for in-person programs or in-person appointments.  Appointments can be made over the phone or digitally using Zoom to accommodate.

  • Please maintain 2M distance from others at all times.

  • Masks are required to be worn at all times within our building.


What We Are Doing to Keep This Office Safe For You:

  • Frequently touched surfaces are wiped down at least twice a day.

  • Shared equipment is wiped down between every user.

  • Sanitizer will be available for use throughout the office.
