TriCALA is an approved testing centre for CAEC and Athabasca University. Please follow the exam proctoring procedures for your specific school. Other schools may also accept TriCALA as a proctoring location. Booking CAEC exams: 1) Register for a CAEC account here: https://caec.vretta.com/ 2) Book your exam with TriCALA using the same email address as you used for the CAEC account. 3) Check your email for a message from TriCALA staff with further directions. If you haven't received an email from our office in 2 business days, please call us at (780) 591-3355. 4) Follow all instructions in the email as soon as possible as the links do expire. 5) There is a $20 administration fee if all steps have not been completed 24 hours before the scheduled exam time. Please call or email the office if you need help. 6) Bring your photo ID and your CAEC login/password to the exam. Book Athabasca University exams: 1) Book your spot with TriCALA. 2) Fill in the appropriate form at Athabasca University. Make sure you receive a confirmation from AU. 3) Bring photo ID and your AU login/password to the exam. Other Exams: 1) Book your spot with TriCALA. 2) Follow your school's proctoring instructions. 3) Email info@tricala.ca with your school details and any further information. ** If you require more than 3 hours to complete your exam, please book 2 back-to-back sessions and choose 'pay in person' so you won't be charged double.**
